Hallway Redecoration
This hallway redecoration project in Harrogate gave a dated space a fresh, high-end finish using premium materials and a meticulous preparation process. All woodwork, including the staircase, cupboards, doors, frames, and skirting boards, was fully sanded to remove old coatings and ensure a flawless surface.
Preparing for Decoration
All holes and imperfections were filled, and minor cracks were caulked before undercoating. The newly plastered ceiling received a mist coat to guarantee adhesion, while previous water-damage staining was treated and sealed with Zinsser Cover Stain.

Every surface was finished with Dulux Diamond paints for long-lasting durability and a smooth, professional look. The colour palette combined Farrow & Ball Dimity and Farrow & Ball Jitney to create a sophisticated contrast between the soft, neutral walls and the warmer tones of the staircase and cupboards.
